We are thrilled to celebrate the achievements of the MCKK Robotic Teams at the National Robothon Challenge (NROC) 2024 National Finals, held from October 18-19 at UiTM Shah Alam.

Organized by 5T3M and Digital Nexus in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and UiTM, this prestigious event saw our students excel with one team receiving the Distinction Award and three teams securing the Excellence Award. This experience serves as a vital stepping stone for our junior teams as they prepare for even more impactful competitions in the future.

Congratulations to the MC All Blacks Rugby Team for their remarkable performance at the Rugby 7’s U16 SBP 2024 Tournament!

Held from October 26th to 29th at Sekolah Menengah Sains Hulu Selangor (SEMASHUR), this prestigious tournament brought together top school rugby teams from across the nation. The MC All Blacks fought valiantly and secured second place in the Cup category, showcasing exceptional skill, teamwork, and resilience on the field. Though the boys felt the sting of coming so close to the championship, their dedication and spirit remain a source of pride for MCKK. We commend them and their coaches for their hard work and resilience.

Heartiest congratulations to our MCKK Spartans U13 team for their outstanding achievements at the FOURMASI U13 Championship 2024! Held at SMK Tunku Ampuan Durah, Seremban, from October 25-27, the team secured first place in the Cup category and second place in the Bowl category. Their skill, teamwork, and determination were truly commendable, making us incredibly proud. This success reflects their hard work and dedication, and we look forward to many more victories in the future.

From October 18 to 20, the Penang Skills Development Centre (PSDC) hosted the prestigious 2024 Penang Chief Minister’s Cup Debate Competition, organized by the State EXCO for Trade, Entrepreneurship, and Rural Development.

Our team proudly reached the quarterfinals, showcasing remarkable dedication and critical thinking skills. While we may not have taken home the top prize, advancing to this stage in a highly competitive field is a commendable achievement that reflects our students’ resilience and determination.

We look forward to building on this experience and aiming even higher in future competitions.

Malay College Kuala Kangsar (MCKK) is proud to announce that twin brothers, Anas Rayyan Shaifuddin and Amir Rayyan, have brought great honor to the nation by winning the gold award in the prestigious Queen’s Commonwealth Essay Competition 2024. Both Anas and Amir, currently in Form 2 at MCKK, have demonstrated exceptional talent and dedication in their writing, making the entire school and country proud.

Congratulations to Mr Noor Ramdhan bin Ramli on his appointment as the Senior Assistant of Co-Curriculum at The Malay College Kuala Kangsar!

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Noor Ramdhan bin Ramli as the new Senior Assistant of Co-Curriculum at The Malay College Kuala Kangsar, effective 9th September 2024. An esteemed alumnus of MCKK from the Class of ’96, Idris House, Mr Ramdhan’s dedication, leadership, and passion for student development will undoubtedly elevate our co-curricular programs, enriching the experiences of our students both inside and outside the classroom.

With a wealth of experience in education, Mr Ramdhan previously taught in Sabah and Kuala Lumpur before serving as an officer in the Ministry of Education, where he was appointed Assistant Director for the Student Affairs Department. His vast experience and commitment to student growth are sure to bring invaluable insights and innovation to our co-curricular activities.
